Ba Nam Restaurant isn’t just a dining spot — it’s the story of a journey, a legacy, and a love for food that spans generations.

The roots of Ba Nam trace back to the humble kitchen of Bà Năm Lời, a grandmother from Trảng Bàng, Tây Ninh. In the 1970s, she began cooking phở and traditional Vietnamese dishes for her family and local villagers, infusing each bowl with patience, care, and soul. Her recipes, passed down with heart and handwritten notes, are the foundation of what we serve today.

Decades later, her grandson brought that legacy to Adelaide, Australia. Ba Nam Restaurant is a tribute to the food that raised him, a bridge between memory and modernity. Every pot of broth here is simmered for hours. Every ingredient is chosen with intention. No shortcuts. No compromise. Just the true essence of Vietnamese cuisine, made with respect and love.
